Board Members

The Board meets four times a year to review the activities and financial performance of the organisation. Board members are volunteers and derive no financial benefit from their involvement with the organisation. All Board members have access to the organisation its staff and records at any time.

Branch network

The operational work of the organisation is carried out by the branch network. All branches are managed by appointed service providers using our social franchise model.

Branches consist of the following

• Regional manager
• Work experience co-ordinator
• Membership co-ordinator

Branch offices have a skills assessment capability preferably on an outsourced basis.

Social franchise model - how it works

MSR extends its reach through the appointment of representatives in each region. These  representatives are responsible for the implementation of MSR's operational model within the designated region.

We are happy to facilitate the fundraising process in regions where we are not represented and to work with partners that have similar objective to our own to implement our model and improve the employment prospects of our members.
